Production situation:

1. The size of raw materials is less than 50mm, and the discharge particle size can be graded to remove impurities. The finished products with various particle sizes can be produced according to the requirements. The raw materials with about 15% moisture can be produced into the finished products with less than 0.5%, which meets the production requirements of dry powder mortar.

2. The site is close to the sand source on the Bank of the River. The dryness and purity of dry sand after drying are up to standard. The equipment is easy to operate and has strong production capacity, which has brought considerable economic benefits to customers.

Equipment configuration: the supporting equipment of the three return dryer is mainly composed of disc feeder (which can be enlarged), belt conveyor (which can be lengthened and widened), cylinder, hot blast stove, blower, grading and screening equipment, dust removal system (sakron or water dust removal).
