At the end of March, our Laotian customer Spdad came to Zhengzhou, Henan Province, to visit three rotary kiln plants, among which was the ZOOMJO Group. When he arrived at the ZOOMJO plant, our sales staff and our owner accompanied him throughout the tour and our workers took him to our rotary kiln site to show how the whole plant works. Then he went back to Laos.

Our sales staff and engineers designed the right solution for him based on his requirements and kept in touch with him. Depending on his raw materials, his location, his budget, our sales staff and our engineers made several changes and in the end he was satisfied with our plans.

Through three days of negotiation, he finally signed a contract with ZOOMJO Group, including that our factory would send a number of engineers to guide the installation.
