The wood chip dryer is suitable for adding powder, granules and shavings to the dryer in a continuous manner using a screw conveyor. In the high-speed hot air flow conveying and dispersing, the moisture in the wet material evaporates, and the powder or granular dry product is obtained. It is mainly composed of hot air furnace, feed inlet, rotating drying cylinder, filter dust collector, material conveyor and induced fan.

The new sawdust dryer adopts automatic electrical equipment centralized control, can run continuously, the material is dispersed evenly in the dryer, and the contact with the heat part is sufficient, the drying effect is good. 

The whole set of equipment is reasonably designed, sawdust is dried quickly in the dryer, the drying process is smooth, heat-resistant steel plate or stainless steel material is used, which is sturdy and durable, with long service life and low failure rate.
