Kaolin rotary kiln installation site in the Philippines
The kaolin rotary kiln is an important piece of equipment in the sintering of kaolin production, which generally requires the rotary kiln to reach a temperature of 950 or more. Also called kaolin rotary kiln, it can also be used for bauxite calcination, magnesium oxide calcination, zinc oxide calcination, etc.
Recently a customer from the Philippines signed an agreement with us for the production of a kaolin rotary kiln after inspecting our production plant and factory, because our kaolin rotary kiln uses modern technology, which can make full use of cheap energy and can use the original environmentally polluting gas as the main energy source, turning waste into treasure, which not only can achieve the purpose of protecting the environment, but also the minerals produced by the kaolin rotary kiln are of good quality and The cost is low.
When the kaolin rotary kiln starts working, the kaolin raw material enters the barrel from the end of the kiln through the pre-heater. Due to the inclined installation of the barrel and the slow rotary effect, the kaolin material produces a compound movement of tumbling along the circumference and moving along the axial direction from the higher end to the lower end. The kaolin material is decomposed in the kiln, fired and then the clinker is discharged from the kiln head (low end) into the cooler.
The kaolin rotary kiln developed by ZOOMJO Group through technical innovation has good running performance, easy maintenance, 10% higher running rate, 5%-10% higher output and about 15% lower heat consumption compared to the same specification. The machine is a domestic and foreign hydraulic stop wheel device, using technology such as a metering piston pump with high metering accuracy, a high precision speed control valve and a contact graphite block sealing device, which has a high position in the market.
